Fuel filter FF5127 instruction:

1.Fuel filters are designed to filter the impurities and dust in the engine system, keeping the engine work properly, reducing its abrasion, avoiding the blocking, improving the engine’s working life. The other function is filter water. The water has great damage on fuel system, such as stainless, abrasion and harm the cylinder’s piston rings as far as appearing the scuffing phenomenon which could worsen the process of fuel combustion.

 

2. The filter element. Mostly we use filter paper, secondly the felt and polymer material.

  

3. The construction. The construction of fuel filter is almost the same as the oil filter, divide into replaceable type and rotary type.

  

4. The difference between fuel filter and oil filter its working pressure and the request for oil resistant temperature lower than oil fuel, otherwise the fuel filter has higher filter efficiency than oil filter.
